"The Rooms Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the operation and staff of the front desk to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency." They will also assist with scheduling and other management of the team members. They need to ensure that the mission statement is being upheld.
Qualifications
- EDUCATION- High school diploma or equivalent.
- KNOWLEDGE and TRAINING- Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations. Well organized. Excellent customer service skills.
- WORK EXPERIENCE- Some experience in front desk and guest relations.
